Hi!
yes, probably there is conflict with theme or some plugin. If there is some options in your theme, that allows you to disable AJAX in shopping cart or something similar, you can try to enable this options.
If this doesn’t helps, I can give you refund.

Sorry for delay.
You can manually check, is files fields is not empty after page submit. Please note, that there is used hidden input field, that contain file id, because file uploading via AJAX.

Hi! I just placed order on your site (Number 127) and seems like everything is ok. I added same photo for different product variations and they both available in order details, and they are not corrupted (I can open them)
