Files not uploading, Constant Errors…….

Hi.
I purchased this plugin months ago, It never worked for me.
I have also sent numerous support requests, the feedback i am getting is either not help, or non relevant.
1. when the image is uploading, It shows that the image is loading… It tske at least 3 hours to finish on one image ( single image )
– It seems to me only small files go through to dropbox and big files dont go.
The files have to be big files ( Images )because it is for printing.

After waiting for hours for the uplaod of the big files, then it shows another error, Please see attached screenshot

I have made a video and i have also attached an image for you to see this. Your response in this regards is highly appreciated.

Hi!
Sorry for the delay.
I have checked your site and seems like this problem is related to a mail-sending issue. When I tried to submit the form I got the message, that form wasn’t submitted because of mail sending failure. Can you check, if mail sending works on other forms on your site?
