Hi!
Sorry for the delay.
I have checked your site and seems like this problem is related to a mail-sending issue. When I tried to submit the form I got the message, that form wasn’t submitted because of mail sending failure. Can you check, if mail sending works on other forms on your site? This reply has been marked as private.Hi!
Can you give me link to your site, I will check what can be wrong.July 25, 2022 at 9:10 pm in reply to: Form functioning properly, but no files are being uploaded #1624Hi!
Sorry for delay.
I checked “Check this box if you want to be able to save the uploaded files and include the links to them in an email.” checkbox in Drop Uploader settings. Now files will be stored locally, and probably this is also can fix issue with Dropbox.
Please check, is it works properly now?July 20, 2022 at 1:57 pm in reply to: Form functioning properly, but no files are being uploaded #1617Hi!
Sorry for delay.
I checked your site. To make it works you need to add shortcode with your dropuploader tag name to attachment field on mail tab (I already did this on your site).
Now it should works, please check.Hi!
Please check do you have checkbox near “Use HTML content type” in your form on Mail tab.Hi!
Seems like icon not showing because you have empty File Icon field in Settings -> CF7 Drop Uploader settings, Options Tab.
About CSS – do you have some example of style, that didn’t works?Hi!
You need go to Settings -> CF7 Drop Uploader Settings, Tab Options and there set Layout -> ListHi!
Sorry for delay.
I checked your site and found, that when user tries to upload large file, it got 429 error from server (too many requests). This happens because uploader used chunked file upload method (each file divided to parts, each 1 Mb size, and for each of this part uploader send request to the server). Please try to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase requests limit.
About your second question – unfortunately, there is no option to make some similar to functionality, that was shown on Dribbble example.Hi!
Unfortunately, you can’t use HTML tags in title or text.Hi!
Sorry for delay. I just set “Send links to uploaded files in email” option in plugin settings. Please try to submit your form again, now email must have links to uploaded files.April 25, 2022 at 9:42 am in reply to: Uploaded files has reading restrictions, how to change this feature #1600Hi! I’m not sure, why this problem might happens. If file size is the same that means, that file was upload successfully. In Windows OS there is probably can’t be issue with file permissions. Only thing, that I can recommend to try – try to open file with other application

Yes, you can use two different Drop Uploaders on one form step.
What do you mean by submission id?April 18, 2022 at 9:03 am in reply to: Uploaded files has reading restrictions, how to change this feature #1596Hi! Sorry for delay. Can you check, is files have same size, os original files. Also please tell me, which OS do you use (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Hi! Unfortunately, but you only can set limit only per one file. I will try to add option to set total files size limit in future.
