Hi!
I can add some kind of trigger to my plugin, which can clear (actually recreate) Drop Uploader. I used similar solution in my CF7 Drop Uploader plugin, but there i modified source code of JS Drop Uploader, but this is not a good idea.

I tried to reproduce this bug on my site, but no luck. Everything works fine.
So, for now I’m not able to fix this error on your site, because I can’t figure out what same is wrong.
If you want, I can give you refund for this item, but probably I can’t fix this issue.

Hi!
Seems like your wordpress directory is protected by HTTP Authorization. Thats why my plugin can’t load files properly. You can disable this protection in your hosting panel.

Hi!
I answered you about options, that you have to make this works (purchase new plugin or use Ninja Forms instead of WPForms). I can’t suggest you which is better, this is depends on many conditions, and this is out of scope of plugins support.

Hi!
Seems like you purchased JS version of my plugin. To install it to WordPress you need to purchase one of the WordPress versions (for Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, Ninja Forms, WPForms or BBPress).

You can purchase my plugin, that compatible with WPForms or you can use NinjaForms on your site instead of WPForms. If you are going to purchase my plugin for WPForms, I can give you refund for NinjaForms version.

Hi!
You purchased Ninja Forms version of plugin, but on your site you use WPForms as form plugin, and there is no Ninja forms plugin.
This version of my plugin works only with Ninja forms plugin, but I also have version for WPForms https://codecanyon.net/item/drop-uploader-for-wpforms-dragdrop-file-uploader-addon/21945649
