I just tried to upload this file on my test site, and it was successfully added to Dropbox.
I tried to open your site, but it redirects me to google main page. I tried in different browsers. Is your site is online now?

Hi!
I fixed this issue. Seems like there was linebreak in filetypes parameter. I removed it and now it works.
