Sorry for delay. I checked your site, but for now I not sure, why it not working. Probably there is conflict with some other plugin or something else.

I checked your site. I saw, that you use custom order number, but my plugin uses Order ID as order number. Can you tell me, what plugin do you use to generate this order number, and how you configure it. I will try to add integration with it to my plugin.
