Yes, you can enable or disable Drop Uploader for certain product. You can find more info in online documentation http://docs.borisolhor.com/wc-drop-uploader/#options. See section after Dropbox Token.

Can you also enable debug log. Add define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); in your wp-config.php file. And tell me, when you receive file uploading error next time.

Unfortunately, this plugin doesn’t support Dropbox integration. Dropbox integration now available only in CF7 Drop Uploader and WooCommerce Drop Uploader.

Yes, I receive these files. Map screenshot in pdf and image with signboard.
Probably there was issue with your Dropbox token, please try to regenerate it.
