Yes, you can set this in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Drop Uploader Tab -> Show on Product Page set to After Short Description

File permissions are ok. seems like there an issue with this
PHP Warning: transliterator_transliterate(): Could not create transliterator with ID "Any-Latin;Latin-ASCII;" (transliterator_create: unable to open ICU transliterator with id "Any-Latin;Latin-ASCII";: U_INVALID_ID)
Probably you need to update PHP on your hosting.
If this is impossible – please let me know. I will try to find other solution.

Hi! After user press submit button it’s take a time to finalize Dropbox uploading process.
About links format in email – please try to remove link_html parameter from dropuploader shortcode.

About wrong time. It’s depends on server time. I will try to fix this issue.
About weird Dropbox links – can you give me screenshot. I can’t open .msg file on Mac.
And about : in folder name – I will fix it.
