There is no such option to create PDF in my plugin.Probably you used some other plugin for this.

My plugin is doesn’t have option to send form as PDF as attachment. Do you use some other plugin for this?

Hi!
I just upload video to your site and submit form.
I added my email as recipient and I receive link to uploaded video, and link works (I can open video by this link).
Original file name was MOV_0269.mp4
Do you receive this link too?

Sorry for delay. I just uploaded to you form video file (63 MB) and don’t get 403 error in console. Do you receive it?
About custom uploading folder customisation – I think I can do this for a $50 – $70.
Do you want to use form id for custom folders, or just custom folder name?
