Hi,
we use a simple Apache, no NGINX.
Unfortunately I can’t give you FTP access as our sites are live-websites of a client.
If you tell me where to find the error logs, I can send them here.As it’s not working in three installations, I think, you should check everything on your side again. Probably most of the users don’t check if files are deleted, but will have the same problem.
Our workaround is a cronjob that’s deleting all files once a inside the folder
/wp-content/uploads/cf7du_temp
Best,

Hi,
the files are still not deleted.
Bought another license today for a third project. So I was triggered to check, if the files now are deleted. But it’s still not working.
Files are stored over weeks and months, nothing happens to them. And – worst case – you can access them via Browser. Sure, the folder names are better than the most passwords, but there should be a .htaccess-file installed with the plugin.
Please fix that issues asap!
Best,
RolandHi,
Mail 2 attachments are fixed. Thanks!
But after the test, the uploaded file is still inside the folder
/wp-content/uploads/cf7du_temp
Should it be deleted immediatly or after a specific time?
Best,
RolandJust to let you know.
I checked the other installation of Drop Uploader we use.
It’s the same there – files are not deleted after they’re sent. So they seem to be stored on the server forever. I think that should be fixed as we didn’t set an option to keep the files on the server.
The “E-Mail(2)” issue can’t be tested there as we don’t use this option of CF7 there.
Best,
