File drop doesn't work, and attachments don't upload

Hi!
I just submit form with uploaded file. Do you receive it?

The mail functionality works, the issue is the dropper, it has this weird thing where it doesn’t work initially, throws the size limit error, but if i send a mail without attachments and then retry it, it works. but only through the browse button

any idea why this would happen? I’m on the latest firefox version.

tried attaching a screen grab but you dont permit png files on your form
