    Hi!
    You purchased Ninja Forms version of plugin, but on your site you use WPForms as form plugin, and there is no Ninja forms plugin.
    This version of my plugin works only with Ninja forms plugin, but I also have version for WPForms https://codecanyon.net/item/drop-uploader-for-wpforms-dragdrop-file-uploader-addon/21945649

    You can purchase my plugin, that compatible with WPForms or you can use NinjaForms on your site instead of WPForms. If you are going to purchase my plugin for WPForms, I can give you refund for NinjaForms version.

    Hi!
    I answered you about options, that you have to make this works (purchase new plugin or use Ninja Forms instead of WPForms). I can’t suggest you which is better, this is depends on many conditions, and this is out of scope of plugins support.
