    Is there a way to bundle the form submission (fields) and the uploaded files together?
    I am thinking of a text file to be uploaded together to the same folder as the uploaded files in dropbox.

    So if someone submit a form with files I have everything together in one folder.

    Also, is it possible that the folder created in Dropbox will have a meaningful name (maybe the name field) rather than just the date? This will be very useful.

    Unfortunately, now there is no such options, but I can try to implement this in future.

    My plugin is not provide datepicker field.
